I am proud to announce that joining California Conservatives For Truth is Contributing Writer Lee Ellis.

Lee Ellis is a WWII veteran who fought in the invasions of the Gilberts and the Marshall Islands in the South Pacific. After the war and college, he became a radio-TV and newspaper journalist and worked his way up to be a VP for CBS and later a VP for Gannett Publications (USA Weekend).

In the late 50s, he had the pleasure of interviewing Ronald Reagan and was so impressed with him that he worked to help him become Governor of California.

He retired in 1989 and now is prominent in Republican circles with national columns that bring in e-mail from all over the USA, from Alaska to Miami, Florida . His wife of 35 years, Sharon, is the elected City Treasurer for the City of Indio.
