"Property is the fruit of labor...property is desirable...is a positive good in the world. That some should be rich shows that others may become rich, and hence is just encouragement to industry and enterprise. Let not him who is houseless pull down the house of another; but let him labor diligently and build one for himself, thus by example assuring that his own shall be safe from violence when built." Abraham Lincoln (March 21, 1864),

    Tonight's Debate

Heard the Democrat debates tonight. General consensus from commentators afterwards was that Hillary was back in stride and the winner!

Obama is real scary; Kucinich and Ron Paul are alike in their insanity.

One question asked was what each would require of an appointee for the Supreme Court? Every candidate demanded that each Court candidate would have to agree with the “Right to privacy and to agree that Roe vs Wade was legal. In other words, Right to Privacy was the code for abortion.  I guess that if you murder someone, anyone, in privacy, it is legal and OK under the “Right for Choice” that these candidates for the presidency want. And they want to be sure that a future Supreme Court will grant this right.

Still wondering if your vote for a Republican President is worth it? I guess it depends on what kind of a Supreme Court you want for your Grandchildren.
